It allows people that read different languages to read the same data in Microsoft Dynamics GP.
Other ERP solutions allow you to enter data in other languages, but then only individuals that can read that language can interpret it. Multilingual GP takes a different approach. All the data in the database is stored in one language. This then allows you to translate everything in the database to different languages.
Multilingual GP allows you to use Microsoft Dynamics GP in one language, but still provide the customer or vendor the invoice or purchase order in their preferred language. It allows you to print the same invoice or purchase order in multiple languages. Simply click the desired language and print.
Ideal for multi-national companies, the language enabled software allows end users to simply change the language of the user interface screens while all functionality of the original GP software is unchanged.
Multilingual GP™ is available as software that can be purchased directly or through GP partners.
Yes. A key feature of Multilingual GP is that you control the translations. As you work within multilingual organizations you realize that everyone has their own interpretation of what the correct translations of a word or phrase is. We provide a sample set of translations, but you can change or add to the translations dictionaries.
Multilingual GP translates the Microsoft Dynamics GP Version 9 and 10 User Interface, Reports, Forms and DATA!

The ability to translate the data is what makes the combination of Multilingual GP and Microsoft Dynamics GP a unique ERP solution. To the best of our knowledge, no other ERP solution has this capability.
There are ERP solutions that have the User Interface in a selected number of languages, but we are not aware of any that allow you to configure it to translate it to any language.
Yes. Multilingual GP does not touch the GP code. That is why it works with 3rd party products that work inside GP. Multilingual GP™ “wraps” around the software, while all the functionality of the original GP software is unchanged. Because of how Multilingual GP™ works, any third party software can also be translated.
Multilingual GP™ allows Microsoft Dynamics GP to be used in an unlimited number of languages, including Arabic, Chinese, Dutch, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Urdu, and others.
If the language you are interested in isn’t listed, get in touch with us. We’ll add it to the software at no charge!
Multilingual GP™ does not touch the Microsoft Dynamics GP code or change any of its functinality, therefore the data is stored in the SQL database as you input it.
If Multilingual GP™ does not find a phrase in the translation dictionary, it will remains as on the original screen and as found in the database.
Yes. There are actually two translation dictionaries. A User Dictionary that the user can update and a Main Dictionary that only an administrator can update. Using the Phrasier, the administrator can move the User Dictionary translations into the Main Dictionary that everyone shares.
It does not change what is stored in the database. What you enter is what is stored in the database. Multilingual GP does change or touch the Microsoft Dynamics GP code or functionality.
Yes. Multilingual GP can be running with your selected language at all times.
